The Bistro Botanica in the Plaza area of Schloss Dyck offers regional dishes and a Mediterranean atmosphere, under the direction of Stefan Cabras and Dirk Zuleger. Up to 70 guests can be accommodated in the bistro, while the terrace has space for 80 more. The menu is changed monthly, and we offer a family brunch every Sunday.
